Digital Collectible definition

Digital Collectible means a non-fungible token or similar digital item implemented on a Blockchain (such as the Ronin blockchain), which uses smart contracts to link to or is otherwise associated with particular content or data, including the colloquial term of “NFTs”.
Digital Collectible means NFTs provided by BPL;
Digital Collectible means the associated non-fungible token (NFT) that, as of its genesis issuance, is linked to a display of Digital Art. Digital Collectibles are controllable electronic records recorded on the WAX blockchain. “Digital Art” means the digital art that is provided by, owned by, or licensed to Mattel and is linked to the Digital Collectible. For avoidance of doubt, the Digital Art is digital in nature and does not include any items or representations that have physical dimensions such as mass or volume. This Agreement governs Your participation in the Primary Transactions (defined below) related to this Digital Collectible on xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx (the “Collectibles Website”), which is facilitated by Exposition Park Holdings SEZC (“Wax”), as well as Secondary Transactions between Transferors and Transferees (as defined below). Wax is not a party to this Agreement.

  • KnuckleBonz Digital Collectibles By purchasing or otherwise obtaining a unique, non-fungible token created by or on behalf of KnuckleBonz, LLC (“KnuckleBonz”) (such non-fungible token, an “NFT”), either through an initial transfer from KnuckleBonz or a subsequent transfer from the prior owner of the NFT, you agree to these Digital Collectible Terms by and between you and KnuckleBonz (these “Terms”).

  • The Digital Collectible may incorporate intellectual property, including copyrighted materials, trade names, trademarks or service marks, Digital Content and Persona, of KnuckleBonz or its licensors (the “IP”).

  • Any use, sale or transfer of the Digital Collectible is at your own risk, and you must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with any such activities.

  • KnuckleBonz may use or implement technical measures with respect to the security of the Digital Content or Digital Collectible and you will not take any action to interfere with, circumvent, disable or otherwise obstruct any such security-related features or other digital rights management functions associated with the Digital Content or Digital Collectible or reverse engineer or take any other action that may affect the technology associated therewith.

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KnuckleBonz hereby grants to you, to the extent of KnuckleBonz’s rights in the Digital Content, and solely for so long as you own the NFT, the worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable worldwide right to access, view, and/or display the Digital Content associated with the purchased NFT as part of the Digital Collectible, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

  • When you purchase a Digital Collectible, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by any Digital Collectible Terms applicable to the sale of that Digital Collectible, including any Secondary Sale Fee (regardless of whether such Secondary Sale Fee is enforced or supported by the platform, blockchain or marketplace that facilitates a Secondary Sale).

  • The Digital Collectible may not be appropriate or available for use in some non-U.S. jurisdictions.

  • By minting a Digital Collectible as an NFT, you agree to comply with any terms, including licenses or payment rights that are embedded within or otherwise included with any such Digital Collectible.

  • Sky Xxxxx does not guarantee that Digital Collectible will be transferable to or have any utility in connection with any other platform.

  • The Digital Collectible is made available from the United States, and is not intended by KnuckleBonz and its affiliates, and its and their licensors, to be subject any non-U.S. jurisdiction or law.

Digital Collectible means either a Company Digital Collectible or a User Digital Collectible (as the case may be).

Related to Digital Collectible

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2017-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2017-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Collections retained or deposited in the Principal Account for Series 2012-1 pursuant to Section 4.3(b)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Liquidated Receivable means any Receivable liquidated by the Servicer through the sale or other disposition of the related Financed Equipment or that the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon the Financed Equipment, determined to charge off without realizing upon the Financed Equipment.

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.
