Digital Converter Box means a digital-to-analog converter box manufactured by or on behalf of ETLLC, which as of the Effective Date includes the “TR-40” digital converter box and the “TR-50” digital converter box and shall include such additional digital converter box models as mutually agreed between the Parties.
