Digital Materials definition

Digital Materials means digital reproductions of selections of the Archival Materials with associated Metadata.
Digital Materials. The consultant shall provide digital materials, including reports, data, maps, graphs and photos that are compatible with current Seattle Public Utilities file and data formats. The design deliverables need to include all source files used, including photographs, video files, images and fonts and delivered to SPU prior to the contract end date. All digital materials become the property of the City of Seattle.

  • The result will be that the Digital Materials relating to the separate series of a multi-series plan or the individual segments of a multi-year single series plan will exit the respective Embargo Period in partial releases throughout the length of the project.

  • However, Apple is not obligated to provide for, and does not guarantee, the availability of any specific Digital Materials, and the respective updates may therefore contain some Digital Materials different from the previous versions.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, (i) this Agreement does not grant You any rights to use such Digital Materials, nor does it obligate Apple to make any such Digital Materials available to You continually or for any specific term, and (ii) You may not use the Digital Materials outside the context of their intended use as part of the Apple Software.

  • Title and intellectual property rights in the Digital Materials belong to Apple or the respective content owner, and such Digital Materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, or subject to terms of use of the third party providing such Digital Materials.
