Study Materials definition

Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.
Study Materials means all materials relating to the Property delivered by Seller, or any agent or representative of either Seller, to Purchaser, together with copies of all title reports, surveys, plans, documents, and reports or test results developed by Purchaser and/or its agents and contractors in connection with the Property.
Study Materials means any samples or materials (including chemical or biological) provided by ROCHE BIOSCIENCE to DELTAGEN under this Agreement for purposes of a Knockout Mice Project, including but not limited to drugs, compounds, genes, probes, formulations and other substances.

Examples of Study Materials in a sentence

  • The Institution agrees to notify the Sponsor before destroying any Study Materials and agrees to retain the Study Materials for such longer period as reasonably required by the Sponsor at the Sponsor’s expense.

  • The Institution grants to the Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free licence to use (including the right to sub-licence) the Institution’s Background IP solely for the purpose of the commercialisation of the Study Materials.

  • Patients and visitors of the SRVCHC are also provided complaint/concern forms that are filled out to express a concern about care, resolve a billing issue, etc.

  • Institution or Principal Investigator shall inspect the Study Materials upon receipt and notify AbbVie upon becoming aware that any Study Materials are damaged or that the supply of Study Materials is inadequate.

  • The Institution must promptly disclose and communicate in writing to the Sponsor full particulars of any Intellectual Property that the Institution or Principal Investigator make, discover or conceive in the course of the Study that is directly related to the Study Materials.

Study Materials means, but is not limited to, Distance Learning Materials, CD Rom, Revision/Assessment/Tool Kit, Question Banks, Review Exercises, Mock Exams (papers and suggested solutions), Course Companions, Revision Companions, Combined Companions, Online Study Materials and Study Texts;
Study Materials means all the materials and information created for or generated in the course of performing the Study or required to be submitted to the CRO including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms, (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not relating to the Study which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.
Study Materials means all materials and information created for the Study and/or in relation to the provision of the Services including all data, results, Biological Samples, reports in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not relating to the Study and/or the Services which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study and/or the Services, but excluding Your ordinary patient records. We grant to You and your personnel the right to use Our Background IP and the Study Materials as required to carry out the Study, to perform the Services and perform this Agreement. Except for this right, neither You nor any of You personnel acquires any right or interest in any Intellectual Property Rights provided by or on behalf of Us. You grant to Us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free licence to use (including the right to sub-licence) Your Background IP solely for the purpose of the non-commercialisation of the Study Materials. Subject to clause 8(c), all Intellectual Property in the Study Materials will vest automatically upon its creation in Us, and You assign to Us all existing and future Intellectual Property Rights (including all future copyright) contained in the Study Materials. You agree to execute or procure the execution by Your personnel of any documents reasonably necessary to give effect to this assignment, at Our expense. As a general principle, any Intellectual Property Rights specifically relating to any investigational product or equipment supplied by Us to You in relation to this Agreement shall be the sole property of the company owning the Investigational Product or Equipment. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any Intellectual Property rights (other than a right to use where expressly stated in this Agreement) in the equipment and the Investigational Product to You. You must not publish by way of a paper, article, manuscript, report, poster, internet posting, presentation, slides, abstract, outline, video, instruction material or other disclosure the Study Materials (except as required by Law) without Our prior written approval, which may be withheld in our absolute discretion. This clause 8 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
Study Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1.
Study Materials means all non-privileged, non-proprietary materials relating to the physical condition, maintenance, and leasing of the Property, including, without limitation, all Leases, rent rolls, plans and specifications, and income and expense statements for each MOB for the three (3) calendar years prior to the Agreement Date, delivered by Seller, or any agent or representative of Seller, to Purchaser, together with all title information, surveys, plans, documents, reports, studies, and test results developed, prepared or produced by or on behalf of Purchaser and/or its agents and contractors related to the Property.
Study Materials means any samples or materials (including chemical or biological) provided by GLAXO to DELTAGEN for purposes of a Project under this Agreement.
