Dilution Period definition

Dilution Period means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Settlement Report Date, the quotient of (i) the product of (A) the aggregate Principal Amount of the Receivables that were acquired by the Company during the Settlement Period immediately preceding such earlier Settlement Report Date and (B) the Dilution Horizon Factor as of such Settlement Report Date and (ii) the Aggregate Receivables Amount as of the last day of the Settlement Period immediately preceding such earlier Settlement Report Date.
Dilution Period means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing until (but not including) the next Settlement Report Date, the quotient of (i) the product of (A) the aggregate Principal Amount of Receivables that were originated by the Sellers during the Settlement Period preceding such earlier Settlement Report Date and (B) the quotient of (1) Days Sales Outstanding as of such Settlement Report Date and (2) 30 and (ii) the Aggregate Receivables Amount as of the last day of the Settlement Period preceding such earlier Settlement Report Date.
Dilution Period means, on any day, a number equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the product of (i) the sum of all Receivables which arose during the Settlement Period immediately preceding such day and (ii) DSO divided by 30 and the denominator of which is the Net Receivables Balance.
