Direct Current definition

Direct Current means the continuous, unidirectional flow of electricity through a conductor such as a wire from high to low electrical potential; it is the opposite of Alternating Current.
Direct Current or “DC” means a unidirectional electric current in which the changes in value are either zero or so small that they may be neglected.
Direct Current or “DC” means a type of electricity transmission and distribution by which electricity flows in one direction through the conductor, usually relatively low voltage and high current.
