Direct Interconnection Facilities definition

Direct Interconnection Facilities means the dedicated transport facilities used to connect two carriers’ networks.

Related to Direct Interconnection Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:
