Direct Purchase definition

Direct Purchase means acquiring a good or service directly from a Supplier without a competitive process.
Direct Purchase means a non-competitive process whereby a person or entity is sought to supply goods, services or construction.
Direct Purchase means transfer of goods across the customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on an agreement signed between a Kazakhstani person and a resident of the country - signatory to the international agreement to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a signatory.
