Direxion Funds definition

Direxion Funds means one or more of the series of the Direxion Funds or Direxion Shares ETF Trust, for which the Adviser serve as an investment adviser and specifically excludes Leveraged or Inverse Leveraged ETFs and Funds
Direxion Funds means one or more of the portfolios of the Direxion Funds (including the 1.25X Direxion Funds), Direxion Insurance Trust or Direxion Shares ETF Trust, each an investment company registered under the 1940 Act for which Rafferty serves as investment adviser and specifically excludes Leveraged or Inverse Leveraged Funds.
Direxion Funds means one or more of the series of the Direxion Funds, Direxion Insurance Trust or Direxion Shares ETF Trust, for which the Advisors serves as an investment adviser and specifically excludes Leveraged or Inverse Leveraged Funds and the Direxion 1.25X Leveraged Products.

Related to Direxion Funds

  • Non-Fund means any corporation, business trust, partnership, trust or other entity which is not an Investment Company.

  • Acquisition Fund means any company formed with the intent to offer securities to the public and use the proceeds to consummate one or more Business Combinations which are unspecified at the time of the securities offering.

  • Construction Fund means an account specifically identified in the Indenture to hold funds which are currently available for expenditure to acquire or construct public facilities eligible under the Act.

  • Administration Fund means the Administration Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.

  • Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.

  • Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Escrowed Proceeds means the proceeds from the offering of any debt securities or other Indebtedness paid into an escrow account with an independent escrow agent on the date of the applicable offering or Incurrence pursuant to escrow arrangements that permit the release of amounts on deposit in such escrow account upon satisfaction of certain conditions or the occurrence of certain events. The term “Escrowed Proceeds” shall include any interest earned on the amounts held in escrow.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Escrow Accounts means a SEK bank account and/or EUR bank account and/or a NOK bank account opened by the Arranger with a reputable bank on which the proceeds from the Bond Issue will be held until the Conditions Precedent for Disbursement have been fulfilled.

  • Direct Account : means any Account which is not an ISA Account.

  • Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.
