Discarded Motor Vehicle definition

Discarded Motor Vehicle means a vehicle which is unlicensed and/or a vehicle which is in disrepair, has missing parts, including tires, or damaged or missing glass, or deteriorated or removed metal adjunctions which make its normal use impossible, other than a vehicle in good repair being offered for sale or rental and such use has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy for the “Sale or Rental of Motor Vehicles.
