Removed Parts definition

Removed Parts. Parts removed from an Aircraft during Flight Crew Training. Replacement Parts: Parts taken from Boeing inventory and installed in an Aircraft because no Standby Parts are available. Standby Parts: Parts which are owned by Customer and located at Customer's designated storage area at Boeing to support Flight Crew Training. The Standby Parts list, including part numbers, exact quantities and on-dock dates, will be established during the spares provisioning meeting.
Removed Parts refers to parts removed by You from a Base System Unit when assembling certain Approved Products pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Removed Parts in a sentence

  • Boeing will have only such liability for Standby Parts and Removed Parts as a bailee for mutual benefit would have, but will not be liable for loss of use.

  • Title to and risk of loss of any Standby Parts or Removed Parts will remain with Customer.

  • Any Removed Parts returned to Customer, or replacements, will be accomplished in accordance with any written instructions from Customer received by Boeing prior to such return.

  • Upon Boeing's receipt of the repaired Removed Parts or their replacements, Boeing may retain such Removed Parts or their replacements as Standby Parts or return such Removed Parts or their replacements to Customer, at Customer's expense.

  • Vsource shall bear all costs relating to the return and repair of such Removed Parts.

  • Gateway shall cause each manufacturer to repair or replace Parts or Removed Parts returned to such manufacturer by Vsource to the same extent and in the same manner as if such Parts or Removed Parts had been returned by Gateway.

Related to Removed Parts

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.
