Discharge form definition

Discharge form means the discharge of a prohibited restriction form described in section 5.

  • Discharge means, with respect to any Shared Collateral and any Series of First Lien Obligations, the date on which such Series of First Lien Obligations is no longer secured by such Shared Collateral. The term “Discharged” shall have a corresponding meaning.

  • Discharge of Senior Obligations means the date on which the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and the Discharge of each Additional Senior Debt Facility has occurred.

This definition includes an indirect discharger, which commences discharging into waters of the United States. It also includes any existing mobile point source, such as an offshore oil drilling rig, seafood processing vessel, or aggregate plant that begins discharging at a location for which it does not have an existing permit.

  • Non-stormwater discharge means any discharge not comprised entirely of stormwater discharges authorized by a NPDES permit.

  • Certificate Depository Agreement means the agreement among the Trust, the Depositor and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, relating to the Trust Securities Certificates, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Release means any release, spill, emission, discharge, deposit, disposal, leaking, pumping, pouring, dumping, emptying, injection or leaching into the Environment, or into, from or through any building, structure or facility.

  • Discharge of ABL Obligations has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
