Discharge of the Secured Obligations definition

Discharge of the Secured Obligations means and shall have occurred when all Secured Obligations shall have been paid in full in cash and all other obligations under the Note Documents shall have been performed (other than (a) those expressly stated to survive termination, and (b) contingent obligations as to which no claim has been asserted).
