Discharge Point means the location from which drainage water from a site is released.
Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
discharge pipe means a pipe from which discharges are made or are to be made under Section 165(1) of the 1991 Act; "disposal main" means (subject to Section 219(2) of the 1991 Act) any outfall pipe or other pipe which-
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Discharge plan means the written plan that establishes the criteria for an individual's discharge from a service and identifies and coordinates delivery of any services needed after discharge.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Satisfaction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;
Review Satisfaction Date means, with respect to any Asset Review, the first date on which (a) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger and (b) a Noteholder Direction with respect to such Asset Review has occurred.
Discharge planning means the formal process for determining, prior to discharge from a facility, the coordination and management of the care that a patient receives following discharge from a facility.
Direct discharge means the discharge of a pollutant.
Indirect discharger means a non-domestic discharger introducing pollutants into a publicly owned treatment and disposal system.
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
Release Condition means the following:
Discharger , as used herein, means, as appropriate: (1) the Discharger, (2) the local sewering entity (when the collection system is not owned and operated by the Discharger), or (3) "indirect discharger" (where "Discharger" appears in the same paragraph as "indirect discharger”, it refers to the discharger.)
Discharge of First Lien Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Discharge of ABL Obligations has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Exchange Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 7(b) hereof.
Release Conditions mean the following conditions: (i) Company has received the Executive’s executed Release and (ii) any rescission period applicable to the Executive’s executed Release has expired.
Escrow Release Conditions has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Final Discharge Date means the date when all principal, interest and any other costs or outstanding amounts under the Senior Finance Documents have been irrevocably discharged in full and all commitments of the Secured Parties under the Senior Finance Documents have expired, been cancelled or terminated.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Discharge of Term Obligations means the payment in full in cash of all outstanding Term Obligations (other than contingent indemnity obligations with respect to then unasserted claims).
