Examples of Disciplinary Committees in a sentence

  • Academic Integrity Committees and Student-Faculty Disciplinary Committees, as applicable, shall issue written decisions and send copies of their decisions to the college’s Academic Integrity Officer.

  • Any member of either the Conduct or Disciplinary Committee who is in any way personally involved in the allegations within a complaint will be disqualified from participating in either Committee’s handling of the complaint.A member of the Club cannot be a member of both the Conduct and Disciplinary Committees.

  • The YCBA shall act through its Conduct and Disciplinary Committees for the enforcement of standards prescribed in clause 7.1 of the Constitution.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.

  • Disciplinary Code means the disciplinary code of the LTA in force from time to time;

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Discipline Committee means the Discipline Committee of the College, and includes a panel of the Discipline Committee;

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Disciplinary Panel means the panel appointed pursuant to Rule 613(b) to conduct hearings in connection with disciplinary proceedings (other than summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 601(b)), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Rules. The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Supervisory Board means the Supervisory Board of the Company.

  • Disciplinary Tribunal means the judicial body established to hear and decide all breaches of the Integrity Code of Conduct in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and such other matters as set out in the Constitution, Rules or Regulations.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
