Disciplinary Code definition

Disciplinary Code means the disciplinary code of the LTA in force from time to time;

Disciplinary Code means the code governing disciplinary matters applicable to AIBA, each Confederation, each National Federation and any Official, including Competition Official, or Boxer;

Disciplinary Code means AIBA’s code that governs disciplinary matters applicable to AIBA, each Confederation, each National Federation and its member, and any Competition Official or Team Delegation member;

Examples of Disciplinary Code in a sentence

• Violations of any of the provisions set forth in this annexe shall result in the imposition of disciplinary measures to be decided by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee based on the FIFA Disciplinary Code.

• Any violations, such as forged documents for example, will be sanctioned by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee in accordance with the FIFA Disciplinary Code.
