Disciplinary Panel Chair definition

Disciplinary Panel Chair means the appointed chair of a Disciplinary Panel.
Disciplinary Panel Chair means the person so appointed in accordance with paragraph 7.1 of the Policy.
Disciplinary Panel Chair means, in relation to any Disciplinary Panel, the person appointed as chair of that Disciplinary Panel pursuant to Regulation 7.3 below;
