Examples of Disclosure Event in a sentence

  • If the University chooses to include any information in any Annual Report or any Disclosure Event Notice in addition to that which is specifically required by this Agreement, the University shall not have any obligation under this Agreement to update such information or to include it in any future Annual Report or any future Disclosure Event Notice.

  • If, upon the occurrence of a Swap Disclosure Event (as defined in Part 5(e) below) Party A has not, within 10 calendar days after such Swap Disclosure Event complied with any of the provisions set forth in Part 5(e)(iii) below, then an Additional Termination Event shall have occurred with respect to Party A and Party A shall be the sole Affected Party with respect to such Additional Termination Event.

  • The University or the Dissemination Agent shall file a copy of each Disclosure Event Notice with the Authority and the Trustee (for informational purposes only).

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prevent the University from (a) disseminating any other information using the means of dissemination set forth in this Agreement or any other means of communication, or (b) including, in addition to that which is required by this Agreement, any other information in any Annual Report or any Disclosure Event Notice.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, there is no cover for any Disclosure Event which is commenced during an Extended Reporting Period.
