Disclosure Event Notice definition

Disclosure Event Notice means the notice to the MSRB as provided in subsection
Disclosure Event Notice means the notice to the Repositories and the MSRB as provided in subsection 2.5.
Disclosure Event Notice means notice of a Disclosure Event.

  • Nothing in this Certificate shall be deemed to prevent the Issuer from (a) disseminating any other information, using the means of dissemination set forth in this Certificate or any other means of communication, or (b) including any other information in any Annual Report or any Disclosure Event Notice, in addition to that which is required by this Certificate.

  • If a Disclosure Event occurs, the Issuer shall provide, in a timely manner not in excess of ten business days following the occurrence of any of the Disclosure Events, a Disclosure Event Notice to the MSRB.

  • The Trust shall file a copy of each Bond Disclosure Event Notice with the Trustee (for informational purposes only).

  • Each Disclosure Event Notice shall be so captioned and shall prominently state the title, date and CUSIP numbers of the Notes.

  • If the University chooses to include any information in any Annual Report or any Disclosure Event Notice in addition to that which is specifically required by this Agreement, the University shall not have any obligation under this Agreement to update such information or to include it in any future Annual Report or any future Disclosure Event Notice.

  • The University or the Dissemination Agent shall file a copy of each Disclosure Event Notice with the Authority and the Trustee (for informational purposes only).

Disclosure Event Notice means the notice to the MSRB as provided in Section 2.1(d) of this Agreement.

Related to Disclosure Event Notice

  • Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;

  • disclosure period means the period commencing on 11 July 2016 (being the date 12 months prior to the commencement of the Offer Period) and ending on the Disclosure Date;

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Suspension Notice As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.

  • Form 10-K Disclosure Item With respect to any Person, (a) Form 10-D Disclosure Item, and (b) any affiliations or relationships between such Person and any Item 1119 Party.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552.   • RBC report means the report required by K.S.A. 40-2c02, and amendments thereto.

  • Required Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
