Covered information as used in this paragraph includes any and all information concerning a student by which a student may be individually identified and includes “Covered Information” as defined in 105 ILCS 85/5 as amended, “School Student Records” as defined in 105 ILCS 10/2 and “Personally Identifiable Information” as defined in 34 C.F.R. 99.3.
