Discount Option Receivables Collections definition

Discount Option Receivables Collections means on any Date of Processing occurring on or after the initial Discount Option Date, the product of (i) the Discount Option Percentage and (ii) Collections of Receivables received on such Date of Processing.
Discount Option Receivables Collections means on any Date of Processing on and after the date on which the Transferor's exercise of its discount option pursuant to Section 2.8 takes effect, the product of (a) a fraction the numerator of which is the amount of the Discount Option Receivables and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Receivables plus the amount of Discount Option Receivables in each case (for both numerator and denominator) at the end of the prior Monthly Period and (b) Collections of Principal Receivables, prior to any reduction for Finance Charge Receivables which are Discount Option Receivables, received on such Date of Processing.
Discount Option Receivables Collections means on any Date of Processing on and after the date on which the Transferor’s exercise of its discount option pursuant to Section 2.11 takes effect, the product of (a) a fraction the numerator of which is the amount of the Discount Option Receivables and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Receivables (other than Discount Option Receivables) and the Discount Option Receivables in each case (for both numerator and denominator) at the end of the prior Monthly Period and (b) Collections of Principal Receivables that arise in the Accounts on such day on or after the date such option is exercised that would otherwise be Principal Receivables.

Examples of Discount Option Receivables Collections in a sentence

  • The aggregate amount of Discount Option Receivables outstanding on any Date of Processing occurring on or after the initial Discount Option Date shall equal (a) the aggregate Discount Option Receivables at the end of the prior Date of Processing, plus (b) any new Discount Option Receivables created on such Date of Processing, minus (c) any Discount Option Receivables Collections received on such Date of Processing.

  • On each Date of Processing after the date on which the Transferor's exercise of its discount option takes effect, the Transferor shall treat Discount Option Receivables Collections as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • All Discount Option Receivables Collections for any Date of Processing shall be treated as Finance Charge Collections.
