Discount Reserve definition

Discount Reserve means, at any time, an amount equal to: Where: TD = the sum of the unpaid Discount for all Tranche Periods. LY = the Liquidation Yield
Discount Reserve means, at any time, the product of (a) 1.5 multiplied by (b) the rate announced by ABN AMRO as its "Prime Rate" (which may not be its best or lowest rate) plus 100 basis points (1.00%) multiplied by (c) Aggregate Investment multiplied by (d) a fraction, the numerator of which is the average Turnover Rate as of the last day of the last three calendar months and the denominator of which is 360.
Discount Reserve at any time means the sum of (i) the Termination Discount at such time, and (ii) the then accrued and unpaid Discount.

More Definitions of Discount Reserve

Discount Reserve means, on any date of determination, the amount determined pursuant to the following formula:
Discount Reserve means for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 1.50 times (ii) the Alternate Base Rate as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date times (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.
Discount Reserve means the amount calculated in accordance with SCHEDULE 16 A.
