Aggregate Investment definition

Aggregate Investment means the sum of the Investments of all Purchasers.
Aggregate Investment means the amount paid to the Seller in respect of the Purchased Interest or portion thereof by each Purchaser pursuant to the Agreement, as reduced from time to time by Collections distributed and applied on account of such Aggregate Investment pursuant to Section 1.4(d) of the Agreement; provided, that if such Aggregate Investment shall have been reduced by any distribution, and thereafter all or a portion of such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Aggregate Investment shall be increased by the amount of such rescinded or returned distribution as though it had not been made.
Aggregate Investment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition of "Lapse Date."

  • The Purchased Interest shall become zero when the Aggregate Investment thereof and Aggregate Discount thereon shall have been paid in full, all the amounts owed by the Seller and the Servicer hereunder to each Purchaser, the Administrator and any other Indemnified Party or Affected Person are paid in full, and the Servicer shall have received the accrued Servicing Fee thereon.

Aggregate Investment has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(c) of this Agreement.
