Discounted Receivables Balance definition

Discounted Receivables Balance means, in respect of a Purchased Receivable, its scheduled cash flow (including amounts of Principal and Interest that are overdue) discounted as at the relevant date by applying the Discount Rate. For the avoidance of doubt, the Discounted Receivables Balance excludes any Written-Off Purchased Receivable.
Discounted Receivables Balance means, regarding a Loan Receivable, the outstanding instalments of principal and interest pending payment, including matured and unpaid amounts, discounted at the end of any Monthly Period at the Discount Rate (as described with more detail in section 3.3.3 of the Additional Building Block), on the basis of a 360-day year, which equals 12 months of 30 days each. For the avoidance of doubt, the Discounted Receivables Balance excludes any Write-offs.
Discounted Receivables Balance means, in respect of each Purchased Receivable, its scheduled cashflow (including amounts of overdue Principal and Interest under the relevant Financing Contract) discounted as of the relevant date at the Discount Rate on the basis of one year having 360 days, with 12 months and each month having 30 days. For the avoidance of doubt, the Discounted Receivables Balance shall exclude a Purchased Receivable which becomes a Written-Off Purchased Receivable.
