Building Block definition

Building Block means a list of additional information requirements, not included in one of the schedules, to be added to one or more schedules, as the case may be, depending on the type of instrument and/or transaction for which a prospectus or base prospectus is drawn up;
Building Block means any non-polypeptide chemical (optionally containing one or more chiral centers), having a molecular weight of more than [*] and less than [*], that (a) is not a Basic Chemical or a Functional Compound, and (b) is intended for addition to one or more Templates to make a Functional Compound.
