Discovered Policy definition

Discovered Policy has the meaning set forth in the Master Transaction Agreement.

Related to Discovered Policy

  • Covered policy means a policy of commercial risk insurance, professional liability insurance or public entity insurance.

  • Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process.
