Shared Policies definition

Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).
Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of D&B or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the D&B Business, the Cognizant Business or the ACNielsen Business.
Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.04(a).

  • Each of the Parties shall be responsible for obtaining or reviewing the appropriateness of releases upon settlement of its respective Insured Claims under Shared Policies.

  • Each of the parties hereto shall administer and pay any costs relating to defending its respective Insured Claims under Shared Policies to the extent such defense costs are not covered under such Policies and shall be responsible for obtaining or reviewing the appropriateness of releases upon settlement of its respective Insured Claims under Shared Policies.

Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of Tyco or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the Tyco Retained Business, the Healthcare Business or the Electronics Business.
