A Policy Grievance shall not be an obligation that may or could have been subject of a Grievance by an Employee.
Within a reasonable time of filing a Policy Grievance, the Parties shall meet in an attempt to resolve the difference.
The grievance shall be submitted as a Policy Grievance and the following initiating procedures shall be undertaken: If the Union wishes to grieve then they will submit the grievance directly to the President, with a copy to the Vice President Corporate Services.
