Discovery Group means Discovery Limited (registration number 1999/007789/06), a public company incorporated in South Africa the shares of which are listed on the JSE Limited, and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries from time to time including but not limited to Discovery Life Limited (registration number 1966/003901/06), Discovery Life Investment Services (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 2007/005969/07), Discovery Vitality (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 1999/007736/07), Discovery Health (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 1997/013480/07), Discovery Insure Limited (registration number 2009/01182/06) and Discovery Life Collective Investments (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 2007/008998/07). Discovery Group means Discovery Limited registration number 1999/007789/06, including all subsidiaries of the Group. Subsidiaries in the Group are authorised financial services providers.
Discovery Group means Discovery and its Subsidiaries; provided, however, that for purposes of determining (A) the Discovery Group’s awareness or knowledge of material adverse information relating to Lionsgate for purposes of Sections 2.5 and 3.3 hereunder and (B) whether the Discovery Group possesses material, non-public information with respect to Lionsgate for purposes of Section 5.2(c) hereunder, the “Discovery Group” means (x) any director, officer or employee of Discovery Communications, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries who, if in possession of material non-public information regarding Lionsgate, would restrict Discovery from trading in Lionsgate securities under the United States federal securities law.

  • Discovery Area means that part of the Contract Area about which, based upon Discovery and the results obtained from a Well or Xxxxx drilled in such part, the Contractor is of the opinion that Petroleum exists and is likely to be produced in commercial quantities.

  • COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.

The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Discover or "discovered" means the time when you first become aware of facts which would cause a reasonable person to assume that a loss of a type covered by this insurance has been or will be incurred, regardless of when the act or acts causing or contributing to such loss occurred, even though the exact amount or details of loss may not then be known.
