Discovery Plan definition

Discovery Plan means the written research plan governing the joint effort of the Parties in conducting the applicable Discovery Program, which may be amended from time to time, in accordance with this Agreement. The initial Discovery Plan for each Discovery Program is attached to the Supplemental Information Package as Exhibits A-1 – A-3.
Discovery Plan means the plan for the Tasks or the portions of Tasks set forth in Exhibit F hereto, as may be updated in accordance with Section 3.1.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
