Discretionary Action definition

Discretionary Action means an action which requires the exercise of judgment, deliberation or a decision on the part of the City and/or any City Agency, in the process of approving or disapproving a particular activity, as distinguished from Ministerial Permits and Approvals and any other activity which merely requires the City and/or any City Agency to determine whether there has been compliance with statutes, ordinances or regulations.
