Ministerial Permits and Approvals definition

Ministerial Permits and Approvals means the permits, approvals, plans, inspections, certificates, documents, licenses, and all other actions required to be taken by the City in order for Developer to implement, develop and construct the Project and the Mitigation Measures, including without limitation, building permits, foundation permits, public works permits, grading permits, stockpile permits, encroachment permits, and other similar permits and approvals which are required by the Los Angeles Municipal Code and project plans and other actions required by the Project Approvals to implement the Project and the Mitigation Measures. Ministerial Permits and Approvals shall not include any Discretionary Actions.

Related to Ministerial Permits and Approvals

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
