Disinterested Members definition

Disinterested Members shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.05.

Disinterested Members when used with respect to the Trust has the meaning set forth in the Code of Regulations of the Trust and, when used with respect to the Corporation, has the meaning set forth in the By-Laws of the Corporation, in each case as amended from time to time.
