Dispensing Site means a facility with a dispenser who owns or is employed by or under contract with the facility. A Dispensing Site’s participation in the Program shall be subject to the Program Administrator’s approval.

Dispensing Site means Pharmacy’s facility(ies) that fill and ship prescriptions, listed on Schedule 1.8, attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time by upon mutual agreement of the parties, after being properly certified in REVLIMID REMS°, POMALYST REMS®, and THALOMID REMS®. In the case of physician networks who are dispensing, it shall be responsible for placing and receiving orders of Product, administration, and record keeping, as well as certifying itself and any of its other Dispensing Sites and implementing REVLIMID REMS (8), POMALYST REMS®, and THALOMID REMSR.

Dispensing Site shall be changed to mean Pharmacy’s facility(ies) that fill and ship prescriptions, listed on Schedule 1.8(a), attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time upon mutual agreement of the parties. In the case of physician networks who are dispensing, the Dispensing Site shall be responsible for placing and receiving orders of Product(s), administration, and record keeping.

• Title to Product and risk of loss of Product shall transfer to Pharmacy upon delivery of Product to the Pharmacy or Dispensing Site.

• Tenant and Equilon Enterprises LLC (d/b/a Shell Oil Products US) (“Shell”) are entering into a Liquefied Natural Gas Dispensing Site License and Sales Agreement (the “Shell Agreement”) and Tenant has requested that Landlord enter a Subordination and Non-Disturbance Agreement (“SNDA”).

• Pharmacy may transport Product to a Dispensing Site for storage and distribution; however, there shall be no transfer of Product between Dispensing Sites.

• POD SERVICES 8 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the following Point of Dispensing Site Services pursuant to the 9 terms and conditions specified in the Agreement for provision of such services by and between 10 COUNTY and CONTRACTOR dated July 1, 2015 as hereinafter indicated.

• The Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with all agreements for Point Of of Dispensing Site Exercise Services is as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement.

• The Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with all agreements for Point of Dispensing Site Planning Services is as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement.

• EXHIBIT A «UC_Name» TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF POINT OF DISPENSING SITE PLANNING SERVICES CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the following Point of Dispensing Site Services pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement for provision of such services by and between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR dated July 1, 2012 as hereinafter indicated.

• EXHIBIT A TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF POINT OF DISPENSING SITE EXERCISE SERVICES CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the following Point of Dispensing Site Services pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement for provision of such services by and between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR dated July 1, 2012 as hereinafter indicated.
