Display ad means a notification of a public meeting or hearing in one or more newspapers, other than a legal advertisement, to be conducted by the Office of Smart Growth or the State Planning Commission pursuant to these rules.   • In consideration for the use of the System and Services, You will pay Yahoo! the Revenue Sharing Percentage specified in Section 3.1 of the Display Ad Sales Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the rights granted to you under this Agreement are specifically limited in scope as set forth in Section 1.2(a) of the Display Ad Sales Agreement.

  • You and Yahoo! acknowledge that neither the Display Ad Agreement nor this Agreement authorize You to use any targeting features in the System other than as set forth in the Display Ad Agreement and that any other use by You of targeting features available on the System will require an amendment to this Agreement.
