Screen definition

Screen means microscopic phosphor crystals on a plastic support used in conjunction with either single or double emulsion film; the screen emits visible light when exposed to X-radiation, creating a latent image on X-ray film.
Screen the relevant display page for the Eurocurrency Base Rate (as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent) on the Bloomberg Information Service or any successor thereto; provided that if the Administrative Agent determines that there is no such relevant display page or otherwise in Bloomberg for the Eurocurrency Base Rate, “Screen” means such other comparable publicly available service for displaying the Eurocurrency Base Rate (as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent).

More Definitions of Screen

Screen means, for any currency, the relevant display page for LIBOR for such currency (as determined by the Administrative Agent) on the Telerate Service; provided that, if the Administrative Agent determines that there is no such relevant display page for LIBOR for such currency, "Screen" means the relevant display page for LIBOR for such currency (as determined by the Administrative Agent) on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service.

Screen means the screen and/or its attached LCD panel of the Covered Device.
