Content Direct System definition

Content Direct System means the software and modules that form the platform underlying the Content Direct Services.
Content Direct System means the specific configuration of Content Direct Application Server Modules, Content Direct Web Services and Content Direct user applications described in CD Schedule B or an Order Document and provided by CSG to Customer pursuant to a CD Service Order executed under this CD Addendum and the related and implementing software, servers, hardware and technologies used by CSG to make the foregoing available via the Internet, as further specified in the Documentation. The Content Direct System includes two environments: (1) the Production Environment, and (2) the Sandbox Environment. Content Direct System means those Content Direct Application Server Modules, Content Direct Web Services and Content Direct User Applications provided by CSG to Customer under a Service Order, and the related and implementing Software, servers, hardware and technologies used by CSG to make the foregoing available via the Internet, as further specified in the Documentation. The Content Direct Application Server Modules, Content Direct Web Services and Content Direct User Applications generally available to Customer under this Agreement as of the Effective Date are described on Schedule B. The Content Direct System includes two environments: (1) the Production Environment, and (2) the Sandbox Environment. The Content Direct System shall not include the telecommunications connections to and from the Internet, the Compatible Interfaces the Customer Equipment, the CustomerCD Embedded Site the Performance Testing Environment or an Additional Sandbox BU. The specific Content Direct System provided to Customer shall be denoted in each Service Order executed under this Agreement.

Related to Content Direct System

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks.   • Hosting or “Hosted” means the storing of software applications on a hosting provider’s servers, allowing customers to access a software solution or application through the internet.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
