The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the expenses of Containers, portable toilets and/or Roll-offs rental and maintenance, Collection, Disposal Charges, and all other related expenses incurred for the Town Sponsored Special Events.
The Contractor would obtain all necessary permits and licenses under these ordinances including, but not limited to: Registration as a Chemical Waste Producer under the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 354); Public Dumping License under the Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap 28); Registration as a Waste Producer under the Waste Disposal (Charges for Disposal of Construction Waste) Regulation (Cap 354).

Any approved change in the per ton Disposal Charges will result in a corresponding change in the appropriate "Monthly Curbside Unit Disposal Rate" based on the following formula: The new Disposal Charge x ("Residential Curbside Generation Rate"/12) Less: The old Disposal Charge x ("Residential Curbside Residential Generation Rate''/12) Will Equal: The change in the Residential Curbside Collection Service "Monthly Curbside Unit Disposal Rate".
