Disposal Charges definition

Disposal Charges means the prevailing per-ton rate charged at the Disposal Facility for the acceptance and disposal of Residential Waste, Commercial Solid Waste and other waste materials.

Examples of Disposal Charges in a sentence

  • The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the expenses of Containers, portable toilets and/or Roll-offs rental and maintenance, Collection, Disposal Charges, and all other related expenses incurred for the Town Sponsored Special Events.

Related to Disposal Charges

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.
