Disposal Costs definition

Disposal Costs means Contractor’s costs to deposit solid waste collected under this agreement at the designated disposal site.
Disposal Costs means the costs of transporting PCB con- taminated sediment to a hazardous waste disposal facility, the fees for disposing of the PCB contaminated sediment in the hazardous waste disposal facility, and the cost of any permits that an appli- cant is required to obtain in order to transport and dispose of the PCB contaminated sediment.
