Projected Abandoned Waste Disposal Costs to the CITY based on a charge of $.05 per household are set forth in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The COUNTY will distribute to CITIES not participating in the Countywide Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program their pro-rata share of funding received by the COUNTY from the HHW Fee, except that the COUNTY may retain and expend that portion of the non-participating CITIES’ fee attributable to Abandoned Waste Disposal Costs.
