Disposal Facilities definition

Disposal Facilities means facilities on the Disposal Site for the storage or disposal of residues from the Project and from a project for the direct reduction of iron ore established at Port Hedland under an agreement between the State and BHP Direct Reduced Iron Pty Ltd, together with ancillary facilities necessary for the operation of the Disposal Facilities;
Disposal Facilities means any facilities and equipment intended to transport, store, process, treat, separate, evaporate and/or dispose of Produced Water, in each case, for the ultimate disposal thereof, including those certain Disposal ▇▇▇▇▇ that are included in the Initial Facilities and other subsequent Disposal ▇▇▇▇▇, as well as all evaporation facilities, ponds, pipelines and related infrastructure, as applicable.
Disposal Facilities means the Midstream Properties of the Loan Parties comprised of salt water disposal, fresh water and injection ▇▇▇▇▇, terminals, tankage and all associated facility assets.

Disposal Facilities means any facilities and equipment intended to transport, store, process, treat, separate, evaporate and/or dispose of Produced Water, in each case, for the ultimate disposal thereof, including those certain Disposal Wells that are included in the Initial Facilities and other subsequent Disposal Wells, as well as all evaporation facilities, ponds, pipelines and related infrastructure, as applicable.
