Examples of Environmental Costs in a sentence
Seller shall be solely responsible for all Environmental Costs with respect to the Project other than those encompassed in Section 13.4 which are the responsibility of Buyer.
In the event Licensee fails to perform any of its obligations under this section or any Environmental Laws, the County shall have the right, upon giving Licensee ten (10) business days written notice, except no prior notice shall be required in the event of an emergency, to perform such obligations and charge Licensee all resulting Environmental Costs.
The County shall promptly notify Licensee of any Environmental Costs for which Licensee is liable.
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Licensee shall be liable for all Environmental Costs arising under this Agreement.
Any Environmental Cost for which Licensee is obligated under this Agreement shall be paid by Licensee on or before the date such Environmental Costs are due.
