Disposal operations shall comply with all applicable laws and ordinances and must be approved by the Engineer.
Company further agrees, if City so requests, to furnish City the services of any or all management or office personnel employed by Company whose services are necessary for Solid Waste Collection, Transportation, processing and Disposal operations and for the Billing and Collection of fees for these services as contemplated by this Article 10.
Prior to the start of daily Disposal operations, Contractor shall remove, for reuse, the maximum practical amount of the previous day’s cover soil, if soil is used, from areas upon which Waste is to be Disposed of that day.

Contractor Revenue shall be the full, entire, and complete compensation due to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement to cover Contractor’s costs for all labor, equipment, materials and supplies, Facility fees, payments due to City, taxes, insurance, bonds, overhead, Acceptance, Recycling, Processing, Diversion, Residue Disposal, operations, profit, and all other things necessary to perform all the services required by this Agreement in the manner and at the times prescribed.
City has no obligation to maintain possession of Contractor's personal property, and/or continue its use in Collection, Transportation, Processing, and Disposal operations for any period of time and may, at any time, in its sole discretion, relinquish possession to the Contractor and thereupon demand that Contractor resume the Collection services as provided in this Agreement, whereupon Contractor shall be bound to resume the same.
It will, subject to provisions of any labor agreements then in effect, furnish CCCSWA the services of any or all management or office personnel employed by Contractor whose services are necessary or useful for Franchised Materials Collection, Transport, Processing, Diversion, and Disposal operations and for the Billing and collection of fees for these services.
Contractor shall designate at least one (1) qualified employee as City’s primary point of contact with Contractor who is principally responsible for Collection operations and resolution of service requests and complaints who shall be available telephonically at all times Transfer and Disposal operations are taking place Contractor shall use its best efforts to assure that all employees present a neat appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous manner.
Prior to the end of Disposal operations each day, Contractor shall cover all exposed Waste with an approved Alternative Daily Cover or clean soil cover material.
