Financial Assistance paid in respect of RTA and SHB discounts will be subject to the rules of the Disposal Proceeds fund (DPF).
Landlords’ valuation fees must not be charged to the tenant, but should be deducted from the gross proceeds of sale when calculating the net receipt to transfer to the Disposal Proceeds Fund (please see the Regulator's DPF guidance).
Following any SHB sales RPs are required to credit the net sales proceeds to their Disposal Proceeds Fund.
