Disputed Auto Loan definition

Disputed Auto Loan means any Purchased Auto Loan in respect of which payment is not made and disputed by the Debtor (other than where the Servicer has given written notice, specifying the relevant facts, to the Issuer that, in its reasonable opinion, such dispute is made because of the inability of the relevant Debtor to pay), whether by reason of any matter concerning the Financed Vehicles or by reason of any other matter or in respect of which a set-off or counterclaim is being claimed by such Debtor;
