Disputed Transaction definition

Disputed Transaction means a dispute arising between GO Markets and you relating to any transaction governed by these Terms & Conditions.

Examples of Disputed Transaction in a sentence

  • For each Disputed Transaction, we will provide to you the Transaction data so you can resolve or otherwise handle the Dispute directly with the Customer.

  • We may charge any Disputed Transaction back to you and offset and enforce compensation in respect of the amount of any Disputed Transaction against the net proceeds due to you, and we may debit your account for the amount thereof.

  • FastMatch will review data reasonably available to it to determine where the "correct" price for an identical transaction was at the time of the Disputed Transaction.
