Examples of Disqualified in a sentence
Notwithstanding the registration in the Certificate Register of any transfer, sale or other disposition of this Certificate to a Disqualified Organization or an agent (including a broker, nominee or middleman) of a Disqualified Organization, such registration shall be deemed to be of no legal force or effect whatsoever and such Person shall not be deemed to be a Certificateholder for any purpose, including, but not limited to, the receipt of distributions in respect of this Certificate.
In case a bidder is found as Disqualified in the factory evaluation, their bid shall not be evaluated any further and shall be summarily rejected.
Any competitive results obtained in violation of this Article 5.7.1 shall be Disqualified.
Transfers of the Class R Certificates to Non-United States Persons and Disqualified Organizations (as defined in Section 860E(e)(5) of the Code) are prohibited.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Administrative Agent shall not (x) be obligated to ascertain, monitor or inquire as to whether any Lender or Participant or prospective Lender or Participant is a Disqualified Institution or (y) have any liability with respect to or arising out of any assignment or participation of Loans, or disclosure of confidential information, to any Disqualified Institution.
