Dissenting Securityholders definition

Dissenting Securityholders means collectively, Dissenting Optionholders and Dissenting Shareholders;
Dissenting Securityholders means registered holders of Target Shares who validly exercise the rights of dissent with respect to the Arrangement provided to them under the Interim Order and whose dissent rights remain valid immediately before the Effective Time.
