Distressed Community definition

Distressed Community means a community that the Applicant demonstrates to be any one or more of the following:
Distressed Community means a geo- graphic community which meets the minimum area eligibility requirements specified in § 1806.200, and such addi- tional criteria as may be set forth in the applicable NOFA;
Distressed Community means as defined in R.I. Gen. Laws § 45-13-12.
