Distributed Generation Customer definition

Distributed Generation Customer means a person other than a public utility that interconnects an eligible distributed generation facility to an electric distribution system.
Distributed Generation Customer means a person with on-site generating equipment that is interconnected with EDTI’s electric distribution system;
Distributed Generation Customer means the owner of a Distributed Generation Facility.

  • EDTI will treat this information as confidential and will not release such information to any other parties without the express and written consent of the Distributed Generation Customer.

  • EDTI may provide the Distributed Generation Customer with an option to pay for the replacement costs over time as provided in section 9.5. If a new Customer or Generation Customer shares a portion or all of an existing extension, to which the interconnection costs relates, EDTI will refund a portion of the Generation Customer’s contribution based on the amount of extension shared and the ratio of the Generation Customer’s operating Load to the total operating Load.

  • On a monthly basis, the Distributed Generation Customer shall be billed charges applicable under the currently effective standard rate Schedule and any appropriate Rider Schedules.

  • All other services furnished to the Distributed Generation Customer shall be billed in accordance with the rates and charges under the Customer’s standard rate Schedule.

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Co-generation means the sequential production of electricity
