Eligible distributed generation facility means a distributed generation facility that elects a billing method pursuant to subsection 3, and to which all of the following apply:
Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:
Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;
Distribution facilities means those facilities by and through which electricity is received from a transmission services provider and distributed to the customer and that are controlled or operated by a distribution services provider.
Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16
Normal distribution channel means a chain of custody for
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) means the termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the CO.
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.
Wholesale distribution means distribution of prescription drugs to persons other than consumers or
Power Transfer Distribution Factor or “PTDF” shall mean a measure of the responsiveness or change in electrical loadings on Transmission Facilities due to a change in electric power transfer from one area to another, expressed in percent (up to 100%) of the change in power transfer in the pre-contingency configuration of a system under study.
Acquisition Facility the Acquisition Facility Commitments and the extensions of credit thereunder.
Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
Assumed Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date occurring in November 2035.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.

Scheduled Final Distribution Date No.: M-1 June 10, 2016 This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a beneficial ownership interest in a Trust Fund, including the distributions to be made with respect to the Class M Certificates. The Trust Fund, described more fully below, consists primarily of a pool of Mortgage Loans secured by first liens on commercial, multifamily and manufactured housing properties and held in trust by the Trustee and serviced by the Master Servicer. The Trust Fund was created, and the Mortgage Loans are to be serviced, pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (as defined below). The Holder of this Certificate, by virtue of the acceptance hereof, assents to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and is bound thereby. Also issued under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement are the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-AB, Class A-4, Class A-1A, Class X, Class A-M, Xxxxx X-X, Xlass B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class N, Class O, Class P, Class S, Class R and Class LR Certificates (together with the Class M Certificates, the "Certificates"; the Holders of Certificates issued under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement are collectively referred to herein as "Certificateholders"). This Certificate is issued pursuant to, and in accordance with, the terms of a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2006 (the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement"), by and among the Depositor, Midland Loan Services, Inc., as the master servicer with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans other than the Desert Passage Loan (the "Master Servicer"), CWCapital Asset Management LLC, as special servicer with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans other than the Desert Passage Loan (the "Special Servicer") and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee and Paying Agent. To the extent not xxxxned herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. The Trustee makes no representation or warranty as to any of the statements contained herein or the validity or sufficiency of the Certificates or the Mortgage Loans and has executed this Certificate in its limited capacity as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Trustee, or the Paying Agent on behalf of the Trustee, will distribute (other than the final distribution on any Certificate), on the tenth day of each month, or if such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following such day, commencing in July 2006 (each such date, a "Distribution Date") an amount equal to such Person's pro rata share (based on the Percentage Interest represented by this Certificate) of that portion of the aggregate amount of principal and interest then distributable, if any, allocable to the Class M Certificates for such Distribution Date, all as more fully described in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Holders of this Certificate may be entitled to Prepayment Premiums and Yield Maintenance Charges as provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. During each Interest Accrual Period (as defined below), interest on the Class M Certificates will be calculated based on a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months on the outstanding Certificate Balance hereof.
Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.
Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in subparagraphs (a) and (c) of sections 273.13 and 273.33. A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.
Electric distribution system means the part of the electric system, after the transmission system, that is dedicated to delivering electric energy to an end user.
Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:
NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.
Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.
Capital Distribution means, with respect to any Person, a payment made, liability incurred or other consideration given for the purchase, acquisition, repurchase, redemption or retirement of any Equity Interest of such Person or as a dividend, return of capital or other distribution in respect of any of such Person’s Equity Interests.
Pre-Distribution Period means any Taxable period (or portion thereof) ending on or before the Distribution Date.
Permitted RIC Distribution means distributions by each Borrower and its Subsidiaries (from the Collateral Accounts or otherwise) to the extent required to allow GCDLC to make sufficient distributions to qualify as a regulated investment company and to otherwise eliminate federal or state income or excise taxes payable by such Initial Borrower in or with respect to any taxable year of such Initial Borrower (or any calendar year, as relevant); provided that (A) the amount of any such payments made in or with respect to any such taxable year (or calendar year, as relevant) of such Initial Borrower shall not exceed 115% of the amounts that the Subsidiaries of such Initial Borrower would have been required to distribute to such Initial Borrower to: (i) allow such Initial Borrower to satisfy the minimum distribution requirements that would be imposed by Section 852(a) of the Code (or any successor thereto) to maintain its eligibility to be taxed as a regulated investment company for any such taxable year, (ii) reduce to zero for any such taxable year such Initial Borrower’s liability for federal income taxes imposed on (x) its investment company taxable income pursuant to Section 852(b)(1) of the Code (or any successor thereto) or (y) its net capital gain pursuant to Section 852(b)(3) of the Code (or any successor thereto), and (iii) reduce to zero such Initial Borrower’s liability for federal excise taxes for any such calendar year imposed pursuant to Section 4982 of the Code (or any successor thereto), in the case of each of (i), (ii) or (iii), calculated assuming that such Initial Borrower had qualified to be taxed as a RIC under the Code, and (B) after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default or a Default related to Section 10.1(a) or Section 10.1(i), all such distributions shall be prohibited, and only so long as (x) any Overadvance is cured immediately prior to and no Overadvance will exist after giving effect to such Permitted RIC Distribution (unless otherwise consented to by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) and (y) such Initial Borrower delivers a RIC Distribution Notice to Administrative Agent at least ten (10) days prior to the applicable Distribution.
